I had fun looking at some of the different tools here, but obviously my name came out wrong! And yes, you can spend too much time playing with these different items as I did.

I can see where these tools could come in quite handy for posters, etc. in the library.

#4 --Flickr

It was fun playing with Flickr. I absolutely can't post the picture I downloaded to Flickr to my blog. I have added a picture from my computer, but haven't had luck adding the Flickr picture to my blog! Darn... I can see where people would like Flickr, particularly those who like to share with others on the web. Other than family or friends, I don't think I would like to have strangers looking and being able to tag my photos. I have used Picasa for several years and like it as a photo organizer.

I will spend more time with Flickr later.

I must be a slow learner...but finally I have added some feeds and looked at quite a few options. One good thing is it got me looking at other CMLE blogs and that was very interesting.

I am unsure that I would use this tool, or how it would be beneficial in my elementary library. Or how I could entice my techno-phobic staff to use it! (Just sort of kidding). I can see that it would be great for those who read blogs. I bookmark my favorites and generally use those. Or search for items of interest when needed.

I am glad I know about the tool and am excited to keep learning!
